Keisan (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is operated by Jishu Labs. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our AI project estimation platform at keisan.jishulabs.com (the “Service”). We are committed to protecting your privacy and the confidentiality of the project briefs you write and the estimates we generate for you.

We collect the following types of information:

• Account information: Email address and password when you create an account.
• Project briefs: The plain-English descriptions you submit so Keisan can build an estimate, stored in your personal, encrypted workspace.
• Generated estimates: The line items, rates, totals, timelines, and exports Keisan produces for you.
• Usage data: Number of estimates built, templates used, export formats requested, and feature usage patterns.
• Billing data: When you subscribe to Pro, Stripe processes your payment details. We never store full card numbers.
• Device information: Browser type, operating system, and IP address for security and analytics purposes.

• To process your briefs and generate itemized, defensible cost and timeline estimates
• To maintain your personal estimate library, history, and saved versions
• To process subscription payments and manage billing through Stripe
• To communicate important service updates and security notices
• To enforce usage limits (for example, the free-tier monthly estimate cap)
• To improve the accuracy and quality of our estimation

The privacy of your briefs and generated estimates is our top priority. Everything you submit and everything Keisan generates is scoped to your account and stored encrypted at rest. We never share your briefs or estimates with other users, use them to train AI models, sell or license them, or make them publicly accessible. You can delete any estimate, or your entire history, at any time through Settings.

Your data is stored securely using Supabase with PostgreSQL, protected by Row-Level Security (RLS) policies that ensure only you can access your own briefs and estimates. Data is encrypted at rest and transmitted over TLS. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may export your estimates at any time, and you may request complete account deletion — which removes all associated data permanently.

We use the following third-party services to operate Keisan:

• Supabase: Authentication, PostgreSQL database, and application storage.
• Stripe: Subscription billing and payment processing for Pro plans.
• AI model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI): For generating estimates from your briefs. Briefs are sent securely via API and are not retained by the provider for training.
• Netlify: Hosting and production web infrastructure.
• Resend: Transactional email such as account and security notices.

You have the right to access your personal data, export your estimates, correct inaccurate information, delete your account and all associated data, and opt out of non-essential communications. To exercise these rights, visit Settings or contact us at the email below.

We use essential cookies only — for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and no third-party tracking scripts are loaded on our platform. For details, see our Cookie Policy.
